Recreation Beginner:
Plan 1: (2 days a week)
Two Court Training Sessions (1 hour each day)
Plan 2: (3 days a week)
Three Court Training Sessions (1 hour each day)
Competitive Starter:
(recommended by coach for all serious beginner or intermediate players):
Plan 1: 4 days a week
Two Weekdays Court Training Sessions (1 hour each day) + Two Court Training & Fitness sessions on Sat & Sun (2 hours each day)
Plan 2: 4 days a week
Two Weekdays Court Training Sessions (1.5 hours each day) + Two Court Training & Fitness sessions on Sat & Sun (2.5 hours each day)
Competitive Intermediate:
Plan: 5 days a week
Three Weekdays Court Training Sessions (1.5 hours each day) + Two Court Training & Fitness sessions on Sat & Sun (2.5 hours each day)
Competitive Advanced:
Plan: 6 days a week
Four Weekdays Court Training Sessions (1.5 hours each day) + Two Court Training & Fitness sessions on Sat & Sun (2 hours each day)
Super Competitive:
Plan: 12 sessions a week
12 Court Training Sessions: Twice a day for 6 days a week (75 mins each session) + Two Fitness sessions on Sat & Sun (2 hours each day)
