Group Training Programs

Recreation Beginner:

  • Plan 1: (2 days a week)

    • Two Court Training Sessions (1 hour each day)

  • Plan 2: (3 days a week)

    • Three Court Training Sessions (1 hour each day)

Competitive Starter:

(recommended by coach for all serious beginner or intermediate players):

  • Plan 1: 4 days a week

    • Two Weekdays Court Training Sessions (1 hour each day) + Two Court Training & Fitness sessions on Sat & Sun (2 hours each day)

  • Plan 2: 4 days a week

    • Two Weekdays Court Training Sessions (1.5 hours each day) + Two Court Training & Fitness sessions on Sat & Sun (2.5 hours each day)

Competitive Intermediate:

  • Plan: 5 days a week

    • Three Weekdays Court Training Sessions (1.5 hours each day) + Two Court Training & Fitness sessions on Sat & Sun (2.5 hours each day)

Competitive Advanced:

  • Plan: 6 days a week

    • Four Weekdays Court Training Sessions (1.5 hours each day) + Two Court Training & Fitness sessions on Sat & Sun (2 hours each day)

Super Competitive:

  • Plan: 12 sessions a week

    • 12 Court Training Sessions: Twice a day for 6 days a week (75 mins each session) + Two Fitness sessions on Sat & Sun (2 hours each day)
